About Conduit

The Name

A conduit doesn't do the work for you — it makes the work possible. It's the connection between where things are and where they need to go.

That's exactly how I think about what I do. I'm not here to show up with a solution already in mind and sell you on it. I'm here to listen, understand your business, and become the connection between the problem you're living with and the technology that actually solves it.

Most businesses don't have trouble finding technology. They have trouble finding someone who will take the time to understand what they actually need before recommending it. That's the gap I exist to fill.

That's Conduit.

Why Conduit?

I've spent nearly a decade building software — enterprise applications, IoT platforms, internal tools — for companies with large engineering teams and complex problems. What I kept noticing was that smaller businesses had the same kinds of problems, but none of the resources to solve them.

They didn't need a team of twenty engineers. They needed one person who would actually listen, understand their business, and build something that worked.

That's what Conduit is.

How I Work

I don't show up with a solution already in mind. I start every engagement by asking questions — about your business, your team, your frustrations, and what success actually looks like to you. A lot of consultants skip that part. I think it's the most important part.

From there, I give you an honest recommendation. If you need something simple, I'll tell you. If you need something more involved, I'll tell you that too — and I'll explain exactly why.

Once we agree on a plan, I build it. You'll know what's happening at every step, in plain language, without having to decode technical jargon.
